Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the valid tracking number.
Germany: 1-2 business days
Europe: 4-7 business days
International Shipping: 10 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable).
Orders are usually processed the next business day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
What if I haven’t received my package?

- 2. Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)
- 3. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject field.
